While we ensure that all products are in good working condition, we understand that occasionally, a product may be delivered in a broken or damaged state. In such rare cases, we do accept return requests, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Video Proof: You must record a full video of the package opening. This video should be taken in a well-lit environment with clear visibility of the package and its contents. The video should capture the condition of the package upon arrival, the unboxing process, and the damaged or broken product.

3. How to Request a Return and Refund

If you receive a product that is broken or damaged, please follow these steps to request a return and refund:

  • Review Process: Our team will review your request and the provided video evidence. If your request is approved, we will inform you of the next steps.

4. Returning the Product

If your return request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us. Please note the following:

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
  • Shipping Address: We will provide you with the return shipping address once your request is approved.
  • Packaging: Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund:

  • Verification: We will inspect the returned product to confirm it matches the condition shown in the video proof.
  • Refund Timeline: If the product is verified as broken or damaged, we will initiate the refund process. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 15 days from the receipt of the product at our address.
